SUBJECT:	RO Server Release 09-021 - Actuarial Information Available

As of July 23, 2009, the following information is now available on the Reporting Organization (RO) Server :

2009 Actuarial Data Master for the 8/31 and Y-T-D filing dates.

2010 Actuarial Data Master for the 8/31, 9/30, 10/31 and Y-T-D filing dates.

Users can find this information on the RO Server in the following directories :

2009 Actuarial Data Master are in the actuarial_data_master/2009 directory.

2010 Actuarial Data Master are in the actuarial_data_master/2010 directory.

Additional notes and details regarding this data release :

2009 ADM record 1 suffix E updated on Apiculture and PRF rainfall final grid indices for Interval II, practice 222, PM-09-034, 8/31 filing.
2010 ADM is now released for the 8/31, 9/30, and 10/31 filings except for Pasture,Rangeland,Forage, Apiculture, GRP Forage Production, Grapes, CA Avocados & Citrus, and Hawaii Tropical Fruit & Tree crops.
