RO Server Release 11-014 - Actuarial Information Available

As of April 29, 2011 the following information is now available on the Reporting Organization (RO) Server:


•	2011 Actuarial Data Master for the 6/30 Filing Date, YTD, and Daily Files.
•	2011 Special Provisions for the 6/30 Filing Date.

Users can find this information on the RO Server in the following directories:


•	2011 Actuarial Data Master are in the References/Actuarial_Data_Master/2011 directory.
•	2011 Special Provisions are in the Special_Provisions/2011 directory.

Additional notes and details regarding this data release:

RMA recently discovered an issue with the final planting dates in Spokane County, WA. This issue resulted from implementation of actuarial date maps for the 2011 crop year in lieu of a historical SPOI statement that identified final planting dates by location using highways as area identification. RMA is updating the final planting date to May 15th, 2011 in area 001 on the actuarial map for spring wheat. Please notify your producers in area 001 of this change.
