ADMINISTRATIVE FEES A. The administrative fees paid for catastrophic risk protection (CAT) crop insurance contracts will consist of a "basic fee," which is the greater of $50 or 10 percent of the net book premium, plus an "additional fee" of $10. Administrative fees for all coverage levels are earned and payable when insurance attaches and are due on the same premium billing date that the premium for limited or additional coverage for the crop would be due. C. CAT policies must be terminated for debt if the CAT fees are not paid by the termination date following the due date for such fees. Such policyholders will be ineligible to participate in the Federal crop insurance program for all subsequent crop years or until the producer's eligibility is reestablished.
