     Attached are the preliminary payment yields and factors for 1995 Group
     Risk Plan (GRP) wheat.  Preliminary payment yields have also been
     incorporated into the Actuarial Data Master.  These payment yields and
     factors do not apply to CAT for 1995.  For CFSA offices, these yields and
     factors are for informational purposes only.
