SUBJECT: Crop Revenue Coverage (CRC) Wheat
          
          
BACKGROUND:
          
The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Board of Directors has approved a 
pilot program for Crop Revenue Coverage (CRC)-Wheat effective for the 1997 
crop year.  Reinsured companies who choose to participate in this program 
must use FCIC approved policies, procedures, and actuarial information.  CRC 
Wheat is available only for additional coverage policies. 
          
ACTION:
          
CRC-Wheat actuarial is available electronically via the Reporting 
Organization (RO) server.  This release includes the FCI-35 Coverage and Rate 
Tables, Special Provisions of Insurance, and the Premium Calculation 
Worksheet for the States of Kansas, Michigan,  Nebraska, South Dakota, Texas, 
Washington, and specific counties in Montana.
