     SUBJECT: Texas Citrus Fruit Crop Provisions 98-049 (Rev. 11-96)
     
     
     Attached are the Texas Citrus Fruit Crop Provisions that were revised
     November 1996.  These provisions are effective for the 1998 and
     succeeding crop years.  Section 10(a)(8) was revised to read "Failure of
     the irrigation water supply if caused by an insured peril or drought
     that occurs during the insurance period."
