     SUBJECT:  Addendum - 1997 Actuarial Table  (Special Provisions)
     
     
     This is an addendum to the 1997 Actuarial Table (Special Provisions) for
     counties with a December 31 contract change date.  This list includes
     the price elections for dry beans and potatoes for California and Texas.
     The following information should be provided to all producers for the
     applicable crops prior to the sales closing date.
