SUBJECT: Clarification to Informational Memorandum: R&D-97-052
     
This is clarification to the material released the on the Federal crop
insurance public access server.  The first sentence of the third
paragraph should read as follows:
     
   Table 2 shows the summary data for the industry for the 1995 crop year
   after the hold harmless adjustments for prevented planting and late
   planting changes.
