SUBJECT: Clarification to Informational Memorandum R&D-97-064
     
     
This is a clarification to R&D-97-064 released September 4, 1997, on the
Federal crop insurance public access server.  The base price for 1997 IP
wheat as shown on the memorandum reflects the base price for the States
of Minnesota and North Dakota only.  The base price for Montana and
Washington, as released in R&D-96-062, is $3.96.  All four States have
the same harvest price.
