SUBJECT: 1998 Manual 13, Data Acceptance System (DAS) Handbook
     
Attached is the 1998 Manual 13, Data Acceptance System and Reinsurance
Accounting System Handbook.  This 1998 Handbook reflects the current
Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA) changes.  Each company is being
provided two complete copies of the handbook.  The handbook will be
maintained electronically via the Reporting Organization (RO) server in
a Word Perfect 6.1 format.
