SUBJECT:1998 Crop Revenue Coverage Actuarial Documents - Supplement
   Rate Differential Table by Coverage Level 


BACKGROUND:

Prior to the 1998 crop year, individuals listed on the County Actuarial
Table FCI-35 Supplement were not eligible for coverage under the Crop
Revenue Coverage (CRC) plan of insurance.  Beginning with the 1998
spring seeded crops, these individuals are eligible for coverage under
CRC.  To provide insurance to these individuals and process the
policies, the Supplement Rate Differential Table by Coverage Level is
required.

ACTION:

For the appropriate coverage level rate differential, please refer to
the applicable 1998 MPCI County Actuarial Table - Supplement Rate
Differential Table by Coverage Level for computing CRC supplemental
rates at various coverage levels.
