SUBJECT: Guaranteed Production Plan of Fresh Market Tomato Crop Provisions with a
         September 30 Contract Change Date

The Risk Management Agency (RMA) placed on the Reporting Organization (RO) Server the
Guaranteed Production Plan of Fresh Market Tomato Crop Provisions that will be effective for
the 1999 and succeeding crop years.  Please note that Section 10(b)(7) of the policy has been
revised to change the calendar date for the end of the insurance period for certain States for the
1999 and succeeding crop years.  

Please refer to the crop provisions for more complete information.  The policy is available on the
RMA WebSite at: http://www.act.fcic.usda.gov/actuarial/index.html under the FTP Download
directory.  The policy is in PDF format and is located in the MISC/PDF files directory.

The policy or an amendatory endorsement must be issued to all new and carryover insureds for
the 1999 crop year at least 30 days prior to the cancellation date.
