SUBJECT: 	New Crop Provisions for Nursery (99-073)

The Risk Management Agency (RMA) placed on the Reporting Organization (RO) Server the
new crop provisions that will be effective for the 1999 and succeeding crop years (Nursery 99-073).  A brief description of the significant changes has been included.  This information is also
