SUBJECT: Nursery and AGR Program Training Sessions

Nursery Policy (99-073) was published in the Federal Register on September 24, 1998.  A
Manager's Bulletin was issued that described major policy components and listed required
actions.  Also, the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) Board of Directors approved the
Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) pilot program on September 15, 1998.   

The Risk Management Agency (RMA) has scheduled nursery and AGR program "Train the
Trainer" sessions for October 15-16, 1998, in Kansas City, Missouri.  On Thursday, October 15,
the AGR session will begin at 8 a.m. and end at noon.   Nursery training will begin Thursday at
1 p.m. and end at noon on Friday.  The training sessions will be held in room 142 at RMA's
Kansas City office at 9435 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri.  Materials will be provided at
the session.
