SUBJECT: Revision of Winter Squash Pilot Crop Provisions (99-065)

BACKGROUND:

The 1999 Winter Squash Pilot Crop Provisions (99-065) released on October 8, 1998, did not
specify the calendar date for the end of the insurance period.  The Winter Squash Pilot Crop
Provisions have been revised to add Section 8 (Insurance Period) specifying December 10 as the
calendar date for the end of the insurance period. 

ACTION:

The revised Winter Squash Pilot Crop Provisions 99-065 (Rev.12-98) are to be used for 1999
and succeeding crop years.  Winter Squash Pilot Crop Provisions 99-065 (Rev.12-98) are
available electronically at http://www.act.fcic.usda.gov/actuarial/index.html under the FTP
download directory.
