SUBJECT:  Revenue Assurance (RA) Crop Policies and Related Documents 

BACKGROUND:

On November 24, 1998, the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Board of Directors approved an
expansion of the Revenue Assurance (RA) program to North Dakota.  The coverage will be
available to corn, spring wheat, and soybean producers beginning with the 1999 crop year.

The Risk Management Agency (RMA) has placed on the Reporting Organization (RO) Server,
the RA Wheat Crop Provisions, RA Underwriting Rules, RA Questions and Answers, RA Side-
by-Side Comparison, and RA Disclosure Statement specific to North Dakota.  The information is
also available on the RMA WebSite at: http://www.act.fcic.usda.gov under the FTP Download
directory.
