          Actuarial Document Special Provisions for 1999 Crop Revenue Coverage (CRC)
          Base Prices, and Income Protection (IP) Projected Price

                              Malting Barley Option
The additional value price election for the malting barley option endorsement (Option A) is
$0.45.         
                      Crop Revenue Coverage
The 1999 CRC base prices below have been approved for corn, grain sorghum, and soybeans in
counties with a cancellation date prior to March 15, and for cotton and rice in counties with a
January  15 cancellation date.
