         SUBJECT: Addendum to 1999 Actuarial Document (Special Provisions) -
         Announcement of 1999 Crop Revenue Coverage (CRC) Rice Base Price 
         and 1999 Income Protection (IP) Grain Sorghum Projected Price

                      Crop Revenue Coverage

The 1999 base prices for CRC Rice in counties with a February 15 or 28 cancellation date are as
follows:

  100 percent  $0.085 per pound

   95 percent  $0.081 per pound


                        Income Protection

The 1999 projected price for IP Grain Sorghum in counties with a February 15 sales closing
date is as follows:

               $2.12 per bushel
