SUBJECT:    New Program Review Council Meeting 

The Risk Management Agency New Program Review Council meeting scheduled for 1 to 2:30 p.m. central daylight time, May 19, 1999, as previously announced in Informational Memorandum R&D-99-014, has had an agenda change. Due to delays in the development of the initial feasibility study, processing pumpkins will not be presented. However, the agenda is being revised to include a discussion of crops on the new product development agenda for the 2000, 2001, and 2002 crop years. This will include RMA's plan to contract some product development out to the private sector through the Federal procurement process.
