SUBJECT:     RO Server Release 99-020 - 2000 Crop Year Nursery Material

As of today, the following information is now available on the Reporting Organization (RO) Server:

The 2000 crop year Eligible Plant List and Plant Price Schedule (EPLPPS) books have been produced in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) files. The eight files correspond to the eight different regional versions of the EPLPPS. The files and corresponding States are:

These files are formatted to facilitate front to back printing if a paper version is required. The CD-ROM version of this information with report writer software to aid in the development of an inventory report estimate will be distributed in early July. Since the EPLPPS is a part of the Special Provisions of Insurance, all 2000 crop year nursery insureds must receive the EPLPPS pdf file for their area, the EPLPPS paper copy for their area, or the EPLPPS CD-ROM.
