SUBJECT:     Correction to Onion Crop Provisions

Provisions under section 2, "Unit Division" of the Onion Crop Provisions (00-013), recently released on the Risk Management Agency (RMA) website, incorrectly included sections 2(a) and (b) which were contained in the 1999 crop year policy. The provisions in section 2 "Unit Division" as shown in the Federal Register published June 23, 1999, effective for the 2000 crop year, are correct. Sections 2(a) and (b) have been removed, and 00-013 (Rev. 06/30/99) has been placed on the Reporting Organization (RO) Server.
