SUBJECT:	RO Server Release 03-016 - Actuarial Information Available

As of June 20, 2003, the following information is now available on the Reporting Organization (RO) Server :

2002 Actuarial Data Master for the 11/30 and Y-T-D filing dates.

2003 Actuarial Data Master for the 9/30 and Y-T-D filing dates.

2004 Actuarial Data Master for the 4/30, 6/30 and Y-T-D filing dates.

Users can find this information on the RO Server in the following directories :

2002 Actuarial Data Master are in the actuarial_data_master/2002 directory.

2003 Actuarial Data Master are in the actuarial_data_master/2003 directory.

2004 Actuarial Data Master are in the actuarial_data_master/2004 directory.

Additional notes and details regarding this data release :

2002 ADM 1G updated for GRP Rangeland, 30-017 county, reference R&D-03-021.1, 11/30 filing.
2003 ADM 3, End of Insurance date updated to match Special Provisions in 4 Florida Potato counties, 9/30 filing.
2004 ADM is now released for the 6/30 filing as well as ADM record 2 for 4/30 filing under revised layout.
