As of June 29, 2004, the following information is now available on the Reporting Organization (RO) Server :

2004 Actuarial Data Master for the 11/30 and Y-T-D filing dates.

2005 Actuarial Data Master for the 6/30 and Y-T-D filing dates.

2005 Price Addendum for the 6/30 filing dates.

2005 State Summary of Changes for the 6/30 filing dates.

Users can find this information on the RO Server in the following directories :

2004 Actuarial Data Master are in the actuarial_data_master/2004 directory.

2005 Actuarial Data Master are in the actuarial_data_master/2005 directory.

2005 Price Addendums are in the Supplements/2005/ directory.

2005 State Summary of Changes are in the Supplements/2005/ directory.

Additional notes and details regarding this data release :

2005 Price Addendum, SSOC, and ADM record 4 are now released to show established prices for the 6/30 filing.
2004 ADM record 2 updated on Sweetpotatoes to zero out all fields that are related to coverage levels above 60 percent, 11/30 filing. Previously, only the current year differentials were zeroed out on the February 4, 2004 update.
