Bulletins and Handbooks
Bulletins provide program-related information to approved insurance providers (AIPs) to administer the terms
of the policy to the insured producers, to inform and/or request information from the public. Bulletins may
also restate existing policy or procedure to provide further clarification or release procedures not yet incorporated
into handbooks.
Actuarial Release Bulletins
Numbered bulletins used to disseminate actuarial information.
Informational Memorandums
Numbered memorandums conveying program information, which do not change provisions or procedures.
Managers Bulletins
Numbered bulletins issued by RMA's Administrator's office which may change procedures.
Product Management Bulletins
Numbered bulletins issued by RMA's Product Management Division.

Procedural directives which provide underwriting standards and instructions for various policies' basic provisions of insurance.
20000 - Privately Developed Products
Procedural directives which provide program delivery standards for both underwriting and loss for privately developed insurance products approved by FCIC's Board of Directors.
22000 - Program Evaluations
Program Evaluation Handbooks.
24000 - Underwriting
Procedural directives which provide underwriting standards and instructions for policy-specific
provisions. These directives cover specific areas of underwriting such as instructions for a specific
commodity, for both regulatory and pilot programs.
25000 - Loss Adjustment Standards
Procedural directives which provide loss standards and instructions for both regulatory and pilot programs.
