2009 Request for Applications for Education Partnerships
Risk Management Agency announces the availability of approximately $5.4 million (total) for partnership and cooperative
agreements to fund risk management education and crop insurance education.
CLOSING DATE: The closing date and time for receipt of an application
being submitted in hard copy form is 5:00 p.m. EDT on May 11, 2009.
Applicants choosing to use Grants.gov to submit their applications to RMA have until 11:59 PM EDT
on May 11, 2009. Applications received after the
deadline will not be evaluated by the technical review panel.
Note: Grants.gov has been
experiencing technical problems in 2009, and in anticipation of the high volume of applications
the system will be required to handle due to the implementation of the Recovery Act, RMA
is advising all potential applicants to be prepared to submit their applications in
hard copy form should they experience lengthy delays while using Grants.gov.
