MGR-05-023. Written Disclosures by Agents Required for Premium Reduction Plans (Dec 1, 2005). Disposal date: Remains in effect until rescinded, revised, or upon publication of superseding procedures in the Code of Federal Regulations.

MGR-05-022. Correction of Identification Numbers (Nov 16, 2005). Disposal date: Remains in effect for the 2005 and 2006 crop years only and expires on Feb 28, 2007.
MGR-05-021. Acreage Report Procedure on Leased Land for Group Risk Plan (GRP) Rangeland Pilot Program for the 2006 and Succeeding Crop Years (Nov 16, 2005). Disposal date: Jun 30, 2006.
MGR-05-020. Emergency Loss Procedures for Crops Damaged By Hurricane Wilma (Nov 4, 2005). Disposal date: Remains in effect until all losses for crops damaged by Hurricane Wilma have been adjusted.

MGR-05-019. Guidance Regarding Conflicts of Interest During Loss Adjustment. (Oct 31, 2005). Disposal date: Supersedes Information Memorandum dated March 9, 2005 and will remain in effect until superseded by a change in the applicable SRA or new procedures are established and issued.
MGR-05-018. Requesting a Written Interpretation of FCIC Procedures Under Section 20 of the Common Crop Insurance Policy Basic Provisions (Oct 7, 2005). Disposal date: Remains in effect until the referenced procedures are rescinded or superseded.
